You’ll have the entire 3rd floor to yourself! The suite features a spacious, well-lit office/lounge area with stunning 3-story views of the property, large desk area, and a small kitchenette. Enjoy a private bath with dual vanities and a separate shower and toilet. The bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and soft cove lighting, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation.

Locally salvaged doors add character, while ICF walls and SIPs roofing provide top-tier energy efficiency. A whole-house ERV system continuously circulates fresh, filtered, outdoor air—keeping the atmosphere clean, crisp, and comfortable.
Amenities include lightning-fast 1-gig fiber optic internet for you remote workers, high-efficiency mini splits for heating and cooling, cozy in-floor whole-house hydronic radiant heat, a fully equipped communal kitchen, and a welcoming lounge with pool table and Nintendo Switch.
