Easy Access and Unloading!

Our sewing and craft areas are arranged for smooth workflow and comfort. The first floor includes eight sewing stations with individual lighting and shared power towers; the second floor adds three more. A dedicated cutting station, two ironing setups, and a full 4'×8' design wall provide room for all projects. A projector with Roku is available for demonstrations or relaxed evenings.

We can host 8–11 guests comfortably. The space includes five single dorm beds, each with its own light, fan, and sound machine, along with two quiet queen bedrooms and an additional queen sectional. There are four showers and four toilets. 

Guests have access to fresh linens and towels, hair dryers, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The professional kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and essential ingredients such as oils and spices. Appliances include a stand mixer, pressure cooker, kettle, blender, toaster oven, Keurig, and Moccamaster. Coffee and tea are always available. A laundry area with washing powder, a projector with Roku, and a selection of card and board games add comfort during longer stays.

The Arete is quiet and tucked into nature, yet close to town conveniences. Quilt shops are located within an hour and a half, and groceries, restaurants, Walmart, Lowe’s, and a cinema are all within a short 5–10 minute drive.

*There's an attached but separate apartment on the lower floor that is usually occupied. The only shared space is the yard and driveway.
